Just got word from a friend that Trenton property sale is finally happening. There's a few mixed-use buildings near the courthouse going up for auction, plus some older homes in the Chambersburg area. Heard the city is clearing a bunch of tax-delinquent lots too - might be a good chance for first-time buyers in New Jersey.
