My roof got hammered by that hailstorm last month, and dealing with the insurance has been a headache. Finally got the roof insurance adjuster out here today; he climbed up with a tablet, took photos of every dented shingle, and measured the slope angle. He was pretty thorough, asking about when the roof was installed and if I had repair records. Now I'm just waiting on his report to see what they'll cover for replacement.
