<p>유형별 사용률(중복 응답)은 인터넷·휴대폰쇼핑(65.4%), TV홈쇼핑(40.2%), SNS 플랫폼(20.9%) 순으로 나타났다. 인스타그램이나 카카오톡 같은 SNS 플랫폼 소비 이용률은 2017년 조사(4.6%)의 4배에 달했었다. 당근마켓이나 중고나라 같은 개인 간(C2C) 거래 플랫폼 이용률은 16.7%로 조사됐다.</p>
