스마트폰 소액결제는 당월 사용한 결제 비용이 모바일 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이렇게 경우 휴대폰 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 그러나 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 핸드폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 때문에 승인 취소가 불가하다.

이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 같은 글로벌 온라인 사업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 완만한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 많다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 많아지고 있습니다면 구글이 최고로 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.
