JVSG stood for the Japanese V-Synth user group, a small online community where enthusiasts shared patches, tips, and custom waveforms for Roland's iconic synthesizer. Around 2005, it was the go-to spot for deep dives into the V-Synth's vocal morphing and time-trip filtering, with members exchanging experimental sounds that pushed the instrument beyond factory presets.
